Switched to Club Sim for the savings. The process was confusing and I didn't receive my SIM card prior to the port-in date for my number. Eventually it got sorted after I collected a card at a CSL shop. All was fine for a few months, but then my monthly auto-renew stopped for some reason, leaving me without service. It is almost impossible to reach anyone at their customer services hotline (I tried 5 times and succeeded once after a 1 hour hold). Their WhatsApp support responds after many hours.

Update 12/4/2024: I don't know if I can pay with club points using 2.2.28 because the need is gone. But the basic functions is now broken. The monthly plan dates are screwed up. I don't know if my recharge will continue the service after today. URGENT, need your immediate response. |--------------------- | Cannot pay with club points to buy service after the update. And customer service is not responding to the matter.

Poor update. Lots of bugs. So annoying cannot login via email address it said no such record in the system and I need to contact CS then asking for email re-verification. Even once account restored, it keeps showing "unauthorized" message pop-ups. Old version was much better. New interface is really user unfriendly. Club stamps unable to show up !
